| How it all started....When I purchased my first computerized embroidery/sewing machine (Pfaff 7570) back in 1998 I promptly created my very own pattern for a nice bible tote bag and sold tons of them to friends and coworkers to help pay for my new machine! Of course the bags I made then didn't have these nice designs on them! Please note that the actual tote bags are much too large to make completely in the hoop, which means a little sewing will be required on your part! The pocket designs are stitched on fabric over lightweight quilt batting & lined with matching fabric. The tab closures at the top are made completely "in the hoop." A PDF file with step by step instructions and illustrations for making the tote bags are provided with each order. Just make the pocket and tab closure designs and then simply add them during the construction of the tote bag! These are pretty simple to make...you'll see! |
